"Clean cabin and nice staff members. I didn't like that we didn't have the pillows and the comforters ( but got informed about it before the trip ). Our cabin was by the railway so it was super loud, I couldn't sleep. The bathroom is not connected to the cabin ( and I also knew about it before coming to the place). My husband said the men's bathroom smelled absolutely horrible. "

Took several days for them to issue the refund despite the fact that they canceled the reservation same day. Actually they told me I had to cancel the reservation on my end. I assume this was so they would still get the money from the reservation, but I called to cancel it and explain the situation. Long story short don’t book here."
