This new mountain home is on a one acre wooded lot set back from the road and is minutes from Zion National Park's East Entrance. It has three king bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms, a private den with pull-out sofa bed, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, two covered patios, and a great room with a fireplace and large windows open to nature -- perfect for relaxing after a day out exploring!
Visit our other nearby parks with just a short drive to Bryce Canyon, North Rim Grand Canyon, Lake Powell, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, and more. Come experience Zion like a local! We are within walking distance of the Zion Ponderosa Ranch and Resort. Resort pass price set and paid to Zion Ponderosa resort and subject to change.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house is beautiful! Everything is well stocked & they certainly thought about what people staying would need. I liked being able to do a load of laundry & actually have laundry detergent! Being so close to the resort with a little store to buy some items & grab dinner at the restaurant was awesome! Great house, owners & area. Thank you very much!

We LOVED our stay. House was clean, had everything we needed. Great location between Zion and Bryce Canyon. We spent 2 days in Zion and 1 at Bryce (must see). No problems at all. We bought groceries in Hurricane, cooked each night and packed sandwiches for our hikes. House provided a cooler which came in handy for a cold drink. Thanks for a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!!

Everything about this property was just as listed and then some. So clean, quiet, roomy, and comfortable with privacy! The kitchen was not only stocked with everything you could need, it was all high quality cookware, cutlery, glassware, etc. If ever in the area again, we would choose this house in a minute. We loved the location of this house - great neighborhood and short drive to the less crowded east entrance to Zion NP. The house is brand new, clean, and has all the amenities we needed. The property managers are top-notch - proactive and responsive. We loved the quiet, safe neighborhood - so peaceful and away from the noise of every day life. We could see the Milky Way in the night sky! We’d love to come back.

The home is great, well equipped kitchen, all appliances in good working order, comfortable and clean. Proximity to Zion (2 miles to the gate) is unbeatable. Bryce Canyon is an easy drive on good roads.

We loved our stay at this property! It was the perfect home base for our long weekend visit to Zion. The house was spacious, clean, and comfortable and the hosts were communicative and helpful with recommendations for our visit. The location made it easy to get to hikes during the day and also for a day trip to Bryce Canyon as well.
