"I would avoid this place. We just stayed for one night on a road trip. The toilet would not flush and the bathtub backed up with sewage water. When I called to report it, the staff told me that they would send maintenance down when he got in. This was at 8:30 am. They never came or called back. So far, no refund offered."

"Unfortunately we could only stay one night.
We were greeted by staff, which was friendly and polite. The rooms were clean and VERY comfortable! The only issue I saw was the outdoor pool could've used a cleaning. On their defense the pollen count was very high so it was understandable.
The beds were a little high up but ohh so comfortable! They had comfortable pillows too. We forgot toothpaste and they had complimentary toothpaste at the front desk.
The breakfast was delicious and had something for everyone. It was one of the best breakfast choices I've seen. They had cereal, danishes, toast, hard boiled eggs, waffles, scrambled eggs, ham, even biscuits and gravy, yogurt, fruit etc
We had a very nice stay, will definitely stay there again if we're in Gainesville again. "

"Was not as pictured so expectations were high, the palce was pretty run down. I was 45 minutes from home for work and after about 5 minutes i just decided to go back home.... staff was great"

"The staff was so nice. Pleasant greeting upon check in and always says hello when walking around the hotel. We stayed in a studio room that was actually quite spacious. Very clean and smelled very nice. Would recommend everyone to stay here and will definitely stay here again. "
