Communication was good with the local reps. Had a tiny issue and they fixed within hours.

The hotel constantly stayed on our group, stating they watched our room non stop, and after asking to see video footage of them stating our room was caught vaping, no video was given as proof. The hotel was very nice, and convenient to lots of grocery options. We were asked after only having phone playing music on balcony during the day to turn off. After having hotel constantly watch our group after not doing anything or respecting rules was frustrating. I will say the security guard Michael was very helpful, and very understanding and nice.
