Welcome to The Breakers 73, a delightful 2-bedroom, 2-bath Gulf-front condo that offers the perfect home away from home for your well-deserved vacation. Situated on the 7th floor of a low-density complex in Orange Beach, this condo boasts stunning views of the sandy white beaches and the Gulf of Mexico.

The Primary suite in The Breakers 73 is designed for ultimate relaxation, featuring a King memory foam mattress for a restful sleep and a 32-inch Smart TV for your entertainment. The second bedroom is well-suited for families or additional guests, including a Twin-Over-Full bunk bed, an additional Full bed, and a 43-inch Smart TV, providing a comfortable and versatile sleeping arrangement.

The living room is a welcoming space for relaxation and socializing, equipped with a 50-inch Smart TV. This condo can accommodate up to 6 people, making it perfect for small families or groups.

A fully-equipped kitchen in the unit caters to all your culinary needs, whether you're preparing a quick snack or a full meal. The kitchen also features a built-in under-counter ice maker to add a dash of elegance to your entertaining needs. PARKING
The complex allows two parking passes per reservation they are $33 each. Your parking pass(es) will be located on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

We stay in this condo every year. It is right on the beach and has everything we need. The rental company was very easy to communicate with and was stayed in touch with us prior to our trip until after we had checked out. We will rent from them again.

Absolutely wonderful condo and experience! I have not one complaint. We experienced no issues at all. The condo was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described in the listing. The check-in and out process was a breeze. The veiws of the Gulf were amazing! We received a text a few hours prior to check-in time letting us know the condo was ready and we could check-in early for no additional fee. They provided two parking passes at no additional cost. Which is a huge bonus if you have multiple vehicles because other places charge for each parking pass. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a hassle free vacation!

Pleasantly surprised

This is not the newest and fanciest building or condo & we knew that. We chose it bc it was a low rise building in the location of OB we wanted. We have stayed in many buildings and units over the years and this one had some nice touches that made our stay more pleasant - the ice maker - plenty of ice on demand. The beds were comfy and there were ample pillows (more than 2 for every person). The omelet skillet was high quality, so your eggs didn’t stick. There was a Keurig & traditional coffee maker, plus plenty of coffee mugs. There was ample seating in the living area & the patio furniture was in good repair & comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Location

The condo suited our needs for our family. The location was perfect and the view was beautiful. A few things that could be upgraded are both bathrooms. The bathrooms are very dated and need some attention... especially the toilets. The couch needs to be replaced also. At nights, we ended up in our rooms since the couch was so uncomfortable. The bar height table was very nice and met our needs for meals. The beds were comfortable and is very important since I have a bad back. Another issue we had was the outlets did not work in the bathroom.

Excellent Stay!!

Location and views are amazing, property is large was clean and had everything needed. The only issue I had is there are no blinds or curtains to the glass door and window leading to the beach although nobody can see in from the ground if someone had a drone... Overall, I would stay here again. Great Stay, enjoyed every moment.

Family Get Away

We were able to spend a couple of days at this property to get away from the grind and spend some time on the beach. The location is great! It is so close to the beach, with great views and able to hear the waves. We were able to walk to dinner along the beach. In addition, the place had everything we needed for our stay.

Great place - management company not very responsive

Great location for accessing Gulf State Park and beaches. We have stayed in this building (different condos) each year for our beach holiday. This time we only had internet for the first 2 days of the week. Management company said they would contact building maintenance, but then no other communication.

Great Experience

Family vacation with two teenagers

I would give this a top rating; however, the security was an issue for us. Thankfully my husband was with us and so I felt secure/comfortable. We overall greatly enjoyed the stay! If it was single woman with children I’d be concerned. The neighborhood is nice and felt safe but I like to feel secure when I close the door for the night and sleep. The only type of lock is the number lock on the regular door knob. There is not an additional deadbolt or any sort of extra security aside from the normal door handle. Again, nice neighborhood and I’m certain nothing will happen BUT in todays world we never know and an extra simple deadbolt would be beneficial.
