*** Kone elevator technicians are scheduled to be on-site on November 17, 2025, to begin work on the southwest elevator. Kone anticipates completing the SW elevator modernization by Wednesday, January 7, 2026. Following completion of the SW elevator, Kone will then begin work on the southeast elevator, tentatively scheduled for January 7, 2026, and with an anticipated completion by Monday, March 2, 2026. ***

*** Work on the common walkways is scheduled to begin December 1st and will continue throughout the duration of the project which is scheduled to conclude by the end of March 2026. Where possible, swing stages will be utilized to allow for two stacks to be worked at a time. With regard to unit balconies, work will occur in two steps. In step 1, the contractor will apply primer to the balcony handrails (note: this will take approximately two hours followed by a dry time of approximately two hours during which the primer will remain tacky). The contractor will then return to your balcony at a later date to apply paint, which will again take approximately two hours per balcony with an additional two-hour dry time. “Wet Paint” signs will be placed on balconies while work is taking place. ***

*** Hadley Construction will be on site beginning November 17, 2025, to perform repairs to the garage ramps. During construction, traffic will be rerouted to the open garage. While the ramps and garages will be closed at certain times, stairwells will remain accessible throughout the project.

West Garage Ramp:
• Closed: November 17 – December 13
• Temporary Reopening: November 25 – 28 (Thanksgiving holiday)

East Garage Ramp:
• Closed: December 15 – January 10, 2026
• Temporary Reopening: December 24 – 28 (Christmas holiday) ***

Phoenix on the Bay 1-1114 is a two-bedroom, two-bath condo located on the first floor with perfect views of the lazy river and all of the amenities that you could ask for!

• Access to the balcony is from the living area and the primary bedroom.

• Tile flooring is throughout the living areas and there is luxury vinyl plank flooring in the bedrooms

• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you could need in your home away from home. The dining room table seats six and there are two bar stools for additional seating.

• A full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit

• The living area has a sofa sleeper

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed

• The second bedroom has two sets of twin-over-full bunk beds. **Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk.**

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry!

• There is a boat launch and fish cleaning station, and boat slips are available to rent (cost depends on the size of the boat, $25 up to $60 per day). Trailer parking is also available at $5 per night on a first-come, first-served basis on-site.

• A maximum of two cars is allowed. Parking passes are $55 each, plus tax, and are limited to 2. Guests must provide registration information in advance and will then purchase parking passes online via a link sent by email after they have been registered.

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.
