Fantastic property, but we had a few issues that needed to be dealt with. Firstly, our rooms had a smell of mold/mildew. We were initially told that the resort was full but after being adamant about the issue as being a health issue, a room opened up suddenly. Once we switched rooms things were good. The staff in general were fantastic and the food was good.

I will not get into the detail of our experience, however, I will say that the property is beautifully designed and gigantic but would have been perfect if it was located somewhere else on the island. There is no real beach it’s like they dumped up the area near a swam/ sea side ( I went into the water and my skin felt slummy). Also the staff needs professional development, they don’t seem to have the right solution when a situation arises, they always have to reach out to management and be sure to confirm and reconfirm any thing that was verbally agreed on.

I wasn't to happy with the buffet but was very happy the 24hr sport bar food and drinks.

The staff was absolutely amazing-special shout out to: Jason, Tammy, Annika and Lynette. Property was beautiful and lush. Both the pool and the beach were absolutely amazing. Food was always great and consistent. We’ll definitely be coming back! Overall, a great experience and would strongly recommend. Everyone’s friendly and the property is outright beautiful.

We were a group of 12 and we had hands down the BEST time here!!!! Constant entertainment and fun, drinks great, food amazing. So clean and all staff beyond friendly! We lived in the pool, at the beach, and at the Disco everyday. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to have a fun and also relaxing time!!! Can’t wait to come back.
