"Wir waren mit allen rund um sehr zu Frieden. Die Vermieterin ist immer erreichbar und sehr aufgeschlossen. Wer viel Ruhe im Urlaub haben möchte ist dies genau das richtig. Im Dorf gibt es eine kleine Kneipe die auch zu empfehlen ist. Wir sind durchaus bestrebt dies wieder zu buchen wenn das Grundstück komplett umzäunt ist wegen unserem Hund."

"The property is really amazing as it well furnished, perfect to enjoy the summer with family or friends, and ideally located in the nature not far from several national parcs and zadar. There is also a small lake within walking distance where it is possible to swim or relax. The owner is also easily reachable via whatsapp and makes sure that both the pool and the spa stay clean. "Schönes Ferienhaus, sehr zuvorkommende Vermieter, die etwas Deutsch-Englisch sprechen. Entfernung zum Meer mit ca. 8 km O.K. aber man ist auf ein Auto angewiesen. Die Urlaubsregion ist soweit gut, leider sind manche Bewohner nicht so freundlich, was die Urlaubstimmung etwas trübt.Kleine "Tante Emma-Läden" ca. 5 km und in den Orten am Meer, Große Shoppingmalls erst in Zadar. Für flügge werdende Teenager die auch mal Party machen wollen, leider ungeeignet, da in dieser Region nichts angeboten...

"This hotel was a total surprise. The small town of Obrovac is located in a canyon along a river. The ride to get there was very pretty and the setting of the hotel right on the river was beautiful. The place has obviously been recently renovated and it is all new and clean smelling. The hotel restaurant served excellent dishes (I had a steak and a salad and my husband had seafood risotto) and very good wine. The staff was super friendly. The town is run down but the hotel and their restaurant is a gem."

"This is a fantastic villa with everything you need for a great holiday - swimming pool (cleaned regularly), air conditioning, pool table, balcony, etc. Note that the property is split between upstairs (3 bedrooms & 2 shower rooms) and downstairs (2 bedrooms, shower room, kitchen / dining/ living area) with external stairs - not an issue, but a small surprise. Also note that it's at least an hour's drive to get anywhere apart from the local towns & lake (roads in Croatia are slower than around our home). So as long as you are ok with driving a fair while (e.g. to Zadar, Pg, Nin, Sibenik, Split, Plitviska, etc.) or content to stay by the villa's pool, then you'll be fine."
