"Very solid hotel, and great for a solo traveler especially. The ceiling in the onsen area looked a bit worse for ware, as well as the elevator carpet. Otherwise though very nice place, helpful staff, and a very enjoyable experience. The onsen itself was lovely."

"リファのシャワーヘッドがすごくよかった ドライアーも部屋に置いてあるも のもリファだったのにはびっくり ボディソープだけぬるぬるしててちょっと好みではない 朝市のお店18件と契約しているのでその18件の中から好みの朝ごはんを選びその店が閉店するまでに行けばいいというシステム 朝早起きしなくて朝ごはんと昼を兼用できた エアコンの音が少しうるさかったのと、壁が薄いのか、ちょっと隣の話し声が気になった エレベーターが少し遅い"
