Being right on the water is a big plus. However, the rooms are extremely dated. I would have to say the thing that bothered us the most was the constant yard work being done. It was loud and they were out there everyday, you couldn't get away from the noise of the lawn mowers and leaf blowers. But, the most concerning thing was they were spraying the plants and they also sprayed the screen of our unit with I can only assume bug spray there were droplets on our screen and windows and on the outside furniture. I have to assume it was most likely roundup or something similar. I stay away from all that and never use it and to be exposed to it on vacation very much concerned us.

Very nice and friendly location

I read a lot of the reviews prior to staying here and was a bit worried about what we would encounter on our trip. Needless to say, this place is an absolute steal for the price you pay. Clean, safe, close to the beach - what more can you ask for? Some people have claimed that their place was outdated but ours was quite nice. This may be due to the luck of the draw since each unit is owned by someone different and there is a lot of variation in what you’ll end up with. As for us, we couldn’t be happier with our stay.

Nice location . Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms were older with rust in bathroom. Saw roaches in bathroom- noticed pest control on site next day. Our electricity was shut off from 9am- 4pm one day for repairs without a room rate compensation (we asked and were refused). Water slide and fire pit were not functional. Overall just ok
