We welcome you to town which is located 10 minutes from Downtown Omaha, where you'll find cobblestone streets in the Old Market, a variety of exquisite restaurants for a unique dining experience, museums that explore regional history and grand, art deco halls. Take a stroll along the Missouri river and explore Heartland of America park. Omaha Airport is only 20 minutes away which also bodes well for short stays!

Enjoy this recently renovated, luxurious unit with 2 BR/1BA, W/D. Unwind in this unit at the end of your day and we warmly welcome your stay with us!!!

Please note that our property is located near a warehouse, which may result in occasional noise from ConAgra.

We stayed for my son’s pathway to Omaha tournament. And the location could not have been more perfect. A 10 minute drive to all the spots we had to be. Not to mention what an adorable apartment this was. It was perfect for me and my son. We would love to come back again!

Very clean, nicely furnished condo in Council Bluffs. Easy access to Omaha. Neighborhood is a bit noisy with truck distribution center across the street.

We enjoyed the property. It definitely met our needs for a 3 night stay in December, 2022. Convenient to local attractions: Casino, Omaha, downtown Council Bluffs, Dodge House. Owner communicated with excellence and provided regular check ins and replied promptly. Property interior was very good. Clean and well-appointed. Recommended.

Eric was very accommodating and responsive during our whole stay! We had a bad experience with another rental, so having a host that was willing to help us out was a huge plus. Pictures and description are completely accurate. Quick drive to all the big areas you may in town for. Would definitely stay here again!

Apt was great! Owner responded promptly to all messages & needs. Apt has been recently remodeled with all new appliances, kitchen, & bathroom. Beds & furniture were comfortable. Very quiet also. Great option for staying in CB! I definitely recommend it & would stay there again.
