The host requires you complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items and take out the trash

Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys

We kindly ask you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used and put any dirty towels in the hamper.we expect that on the last day of your stay, dirty towels shall be placed in the bathtub.

There is a $25.00 per key replacement fee for any lost, missing or damaged house keys. This has been an issue in the past, and replacing keys can get expensive and time consuming for the host.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No smoking/vaping/drugs in the house, or anywhere on the property. The homeowner is a former police officer and any illegal drug use will be reported

If additional guests are added without permission from the host, the security deposit will be forfeited and the booking immediately cancelled.

Do not tamper with any of the internet modems, routers or security devices. Violations will forfeit the security deposit and the booking is cancelled
