"Das Hotel hat definitiv keine 4 Sterne verdient. Das gesamte Hotel hätte eine Renovierung notwendig, auch die Zimmer. Wir mussten zweimal darauf bestehen dass das Zimmer richtig gereinigt wird, da bei der üblichen Reinigung das Zimmer nicht gereinigt wurde. Die bettbezuge waren bei Ankunft dreckig. "I booked Annex room that is a modern room with a private swim out pool and upon checkin i was told the room is leaking water feom the shower and im being upgraded to a villa. It took 2 hrs after 2pm checkin to get an outdated old villa which has spiral stairs and isn't safe for kids. My daughter got injured minutes after getting the room and nothing worked in the villa, the phone, toilet and sinks all didn’t work.
