"The front desk staff were friendly and answered all my questions and followed up on the 2 requests we had. The dining room staff were nice and on top of the buffet. The views were amazing the room had tons of space for the 4 of us, the balcony was great as was the bathroom. Only wish was to be able to lower the air conditioning a bit more but that's a cultural thing for us. A minor issue it was pretty comfortable in the room most times. "Family trip for a few days to travel around the area and Dolomites. Great stay location wise, the hotel were great at providing us with local information (e.g. free travel on buses, trains and cable cars) - they were great. The pool is a great size for a splash after a busy day. "
