    The apartment features three comfortable bedrooms plus a modern wall bed in the living area, offering space for up to 8 guests. The open-plan living and dining area of over 35 m² is bright and inviting, with direct access to your private, covered balcony. Enjoy stunning views of the Ruhr—perfect for relaxing or spending time together at your own gas grill. The large garden with direct access to the Ruhr provides plenty of space to play, unwind, or cool off on warm summer days—a real nature experience right outside your door.

Een korte vakantie die voelde als een lange vakantie

Pros: Het huis is simpelweg geweldig, alles is aanwezig en alles is schoon, netjes en compleet. De lokatie is perfect, er zijn veel winkels en restaurants op loopafstand, wij reizen met een EV, en er is een langzame laadpaal op amper 3 minuten lopen, en een snellaadpaal bij de ALDI (die nog nergens op de kaart staat) op ~5-6 min lopen. De omgeving is geweldig, en de verhuurders zijn top. Bij aankomst een korte rondleiding met extra aandacht voor waar dingen staan en wat er is, tips en folders wat er te doen is in de buurt en persoonlijke aanbevelingen. Reageren snel en zijn altijd beschikbaar via WhatsApp. Een absolute toplocatie! Wij komen hier zeker terug en dit is zeker een aanrader! Wat misschien niet helemaal duidelijk is in de advertentie is dat je prachtig in de zon zit op het terras, tuinset en parasol is aanwezig en je kan daar heerlijk zitten luisteren naar de rivier die langs de tuin loopt. Deze mensen zijn duidelijk heel erg begaan met hun gasten, en trots op hun huis. Cons: De WiFi werkt prima, maar is vrij traag (2.4G ~10MB/s), geen groot probleem want 4-5G bereik is prima, badkamer kraan is verkeerd om, dus koud is warm en warm is koud, ook geen probleem zodra je dat weet. Verder alles perfect, en belangrijker, alles aanwezig!
