"Staff had no control over so many hockey teams. Not exactly there fault but the facility was awful because of it. We couldn't use pool or hot tub, got no sleep and the workout room is a closet. "

"Our room was above their nightclub…had I known that this was the location of the room I would have cancelled and demanded a refund. We had no sleep (with an 8 year old who played hockey at 8am each morning)..because the Nightclub was booming music. Not a great location if you intend on traveling with kids, or need a decent night sleep. "

"We booked for my mother in laws 91st birthday and will probably book a different hotel next time. The 5 pm check in time is ridiculous. We live in town and get a hotel a couple times a year in town. We booked watermark and asked for an early check in. We were told twice it shouldn’t be a big deal as it’s still slow season. We showed up at 3 and were told the room wasn’t ready but they will get right on it. We left and picked up MIL and came back about an hour later and it still wasn’t ready. We were willing to pay for an early check I "

"Room was very clean and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised how cozy the bed is. The site has a great central courtyard for families with grills for BBQs which I wasn't expecting (nice addition). The breakfast was actually very good with hot food options. I was travelling for work and would definitely stay here again. "

"Newly renovated room with a full kitchen. Beds were firm and comfortable. Manager was gracious and helpful. Would recommend this motel."

"The rooms were very clean, and fresh, both in looks and scent. The staff were FABULOUS, and the hot tub was awesome! We loved the option to pre check in, which also gave us options to purchase an early check in (1pm) , or super early check in (11am) as well as late check out! We went for an event, and thankfully the event centre was basically right across the street- completely eliminating the need for us to find transportation! We loved this hotel, and will probably stay here everytime we are in Penticton! "
