"I arrived with a confirmed reservation for an accessible room. They had none. I was offered an upgrade to a jacuzzi room. I can’t get in a bathtub, so a jacuzzi wouldn’t help. There is a great deal of wear and shabbiness. The hall rug is very worn. The toilet is as low as the oldest restaurant I know. The toilet paper is high behind the left shoulder while sitting. Breakfast had no bananas. Only milk was 1%. Positively, the bed was comfortable and low enough so I could sit on it. The gentleman...
