「Nice」

「スッタッフのマナーが悪い」

「They were very flexible with our adding on another day stay and late checkout. Very pleasant staff.」

「コンロが欲しい ユニットバスを新しくして欲しい」

「The handicap room they put me in was not cleaned to standards. Clothes from former quest were in the closet. Carpet had not been vacuumed. Bathtub had several chips in it that also showed rust. I did not use the tub while there. The evening staff that checked me in the night before was very nice, although the person running (man) the desk the next morning wasn't nice at all. So sorry for the bad review. Ms. C」
