Unit is new and very well cleaned. Spacious and has a great view from the 10th floor. Unfortunately, the parking was not available and we had booked this specific condo on Expedia as it said there was parking. There are only 2 spaces and we had to pay 1000 yen to park across the river. We decided to shorten our stay just before the cancellation cut off so we wouldn't have to pay the off site parking fee for the 9 days we had planned to stay.

Overall, I would give the Naha SmartCondo 4.5/5 stars. The location is good, close to the Yui Monorail, the rooms are top notch in terms of being modern, clean, and immaculately maintained (even by Japanese standards). The kitchenette is as usual small, but highly functional, an optimized for the space available. The communication from the manager and staff was great. I was able to stay an extra day with a minimum of fuss. So why would I hold back 1/2 a star? The area is actually relatively loud. This is partially accounted for by the car wash next door which beeps and blares voice instructions to every customer. The geometry of surrounding buildings seems to amplify the normal street traffic noise. For light sleepers it may be a bit of an issue - or with the window closed, the AC on, and both blinds drawn tight, maybe not.

The property was clean, well stocked and close to shopping and restaurants within two to three blocks. Public transportation is close and plenty to see and do. I enjoyed my stay was quiet and comfortable. A bonus was washer and dryer.

Spacious and comfortable studio apartment (note, not 2 bedroom apartment as the room description stated, but the photos were accurate). Everything was clean and worked well, the beds were comfortable, rooms were quiet. Would stay here again when visiting Naha.

Very clean and new property. Great location: close to monorail and grocery, 10 mins walk to the main shopping and entertainment district. Room is bigger than the most hotels with washer, dryer, full sized fridge and kitchen. Exactly it is a home away home!

It was a pleasure to stay in SmartCondo. Everything works great. The room is clean and spacious, the amenities (washing/drying machines and kitchenette etc.) are really helpful during my two-week stay. The view from the balcony can see the port and it was so beautiful. Transportation is also very easy with 6-7 minutes walking distance to the Miebashi station.

Had a great stay here! Was super spacious and everything was clean and new. I didn't cook, but it came equipped with everything you would need. The view was also nice and it was close enough to kokusai douri. It's also close to the port if you want to goto the Kerama islands. The front desk is only open until certain hour, so contact them beforehand to get instructions required for check in. They were out of parking spaces (or maybe they don't offer them anymore? Some reviews were able to score them so who knows) but there are bunch of cheap coin parking lots near by so don't worry. I ended up paying around 400-800 yen at a parking lot they recommended (ask them for a map of near by lots).

Gastvrij ontvangst (ook na sluiting receptie om 1900 uur, met duidelijke incheck-instructies), super-schoon appartement, mooi balkon met uitzicht, Lekker uit het centrum (15 minuten te voet) en dicht bij de haven (voor veerboten naar de dichtbij gelegen eilanden).
