"Terrible check in experience. I arrived late, just wants to sleep after a long day of travel. The bar next door has super loud terrible karaoke, the place was dark, they didn’t have my booking accounted for, it took them over 40 minutes to figure out what to do, they called some guy on the phone who spoke to me in a bad tone, and then they paid for an uber to move me to another location over 5 minutes away (at almost 1am) when the main reason I booked this place is because it was right in front of my car rental place. The next location was weird , and the room was right above a noisy road with traffic all through the night, didn’t sleep well. You get what you pay for, my mistake for choosing one of the cheapest options and expecting something decent. The other reviews here were misleading compared to my experience."

"We were there for just one night as we were catching a very early flight home and wanted to be close to the airport. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and there was a mall with restaurants steps away from the hotel entrance. It was perfect for our needs."

He arrived on time to pick me up from the airport after my domestic flight from Cobano, showed me to my room, had coffee and breakfast waiting for me the next morning before taking me to the airport for my international flight home. I would highly recommend this hotel."
