Welcome to our nicely updated, family friendly, clean & cozy place with all the comforts of home. Nearly 1100 sq feet of quality living space with open concept (great room area). Full kitchen and laundry. Plenty of beds to handle 8-10 people (including air & foam mattresses and Large sectional couch). Come on in, hang out, and make some memories!
The space
Beautifully remodeled upstairs of rambler-style home that lends itself to gathering together because of the huge great room area and open concept. No one needs to be separated by walls! There is a wonderful, private, fenced back yard for guests to enjoy with a gas BBQ available. Full kitchen outfitted with all the usual appliances & amenities, dishes. Everything you need to make complete meals. Although an older home, it's fully updated with plank flooring in and carpet throughout. Lots of windows give the perfect amount of natural light during the day with full blinds to block the light when you don't want it.

Large flat-screen TV in family area with a smaller flat-screens in both bedrooms (family room and master offer free Xfinity cable TV while other bedroom TV is dedicated to Nintendo Wii unit and limited games provided). All mattresses are newer and of very high quality, so you'll sleep very well. Safe, family-friendly neighborhood.

Location, location, location! Very near Weber State University, McKay-Dee Hospital, Hill AFB, and the Ogden Temple. Minutes away from amazing mountain hiking & biking trails. Only 30-45 minutes from some of the best skiing anywhere at Snow Basin, Powder Mountain, & Nordic Valley. If you like water sports there are 3 reservoirs located about 30 minutes away. Easy freeway access to Lagoon, Park City, Salt Lake City, and everywhere in between. Close to shopping & dining in every direction. Just five minutes from downtown Ogden with easy access to public transportation, if needed.
Guest access
You'll have the entire upstairs of the house with private entry and no interior shared space at all. The yard would be the only possible shared area, but that's only if we have downstairs guests during your stay in the upstairs (and they will have their own private entrance, too). The only places not available to guests are the garage and the cleaning closet in the bathroom. And feel free to use the washer & dryer (upstairs hallway just off the kitchen)

Plenty of parking in the driveway for 3-4 cars which is always reserved for our upstairs guests (downstairs guests are asked to park curbside in front of the house). There are only a few exterior stairs to get onto the front porch from the walkway and everything is on one level after that.

The downstairs of this home is a separate listing on VRBO/Airbnb. For this reason, guests may be staying in the basement during your stay upstairs. They have their own private entrance and no shared space, so privacy should never be an issue. However, we will insist that guests in the downstairs quietly respect your privacy and ask that you do the same for them, including honoring quiet hours from 10pm-8am every night.

NOTE: Since this is a rambler-style house with a basement, total silence is impossible to achieve. You should expect some normal house noise from any guests staying in the downstairs. We strictly enforce quiet time between 10pm and 8am, so there should never be problems with sleeping.
