We stayed 3 nights, the tv in our room was not working, the windows were very dirty and the pool was empty. The breakfast was adequate, bananas would have been nice. The staff was very nice and the location of the facility was perfect. A little updating would go a long way.

Room was clean. I didn’t realize I needed to request housekeeping. So make sure to do that if you want your room picked up every day. The restaurant on property had good food.

A great location for visiting Bryce. While an old resort, most important is that it was clean. We were upgraded to a larger room at check in for no charge which was nice. My only issue was one of the beds was kind of in bad shape, It could really use a new mattress. The restaurant on site was fabulous, some of the best food and prices on our trip! Even if you don't stay here, enjoy some great food.

This is a viable place to stay, but do not arrive expecting a resort atmosphere. The units are old and show their age. They are dank and dingy with minimalist decor. The beds and bedding were comfortable enough and there was a fridge in the room. Resort... no. Acceptable old cabin,,, yes.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room is in need of a renovation. Weatherstripping around the front door should be replaced, the light fixtures updated, and it needs painting. In addition the bathroom fixtures need replacing. The plumbing needs work.

Charge of 11 dollars for using Expedia with no explanation. The only ice was in the laundry shed on opposite side of resort. Disgusting dirty little building. Restaurant dinner was okay but overpriced. Breakfast was horrible. Pool was nice and warm.

The property was very run down and needed numerous upgrades to achieve modernity. It was substantially overpriced in relation to value. The only excuse for the high room rates is, probably, the very close proximity to Bryce Canyon National Park. The park was great. The hotel was not worth the amount charged.

The proximity to the park Is great. But the property is not well maintained.. the bathroom faucet didn't work well. The picnic table had paint falling off which was kind of gross to eat on. There were cigarette butts and old creamer containers near the door to the cabin. The pillows havent been changes in years. And someone broke into the trunk on our trailor the first night we were there.

For the price, our state was excellent. The staff was pleasant, the accommodations were clean, but if the fine touch minutia of construction/painting/etc., etc. is important to you, perfection is not what you will find here. Overall, it was very pleasant place to stay

We stayed in the cabins, and while they looked a bit rundown on the outside, they were wonderful inside. The restaurant on site was similar; not the newest property, but the food was wonderful. Breakfast was fairly standard with bread, options, waffles, eggs, and sausage, but it was all very much appreciated before a day at the park. We didn’t make use of the pool, but others appeared to enjoy it. We would absolutely stay here again.

Good location outside Bryce Canyon. The “resort” is a motel - clean, and beds comfortable. Looked like toilet, tub and sink were recently replaced. Poor paint job, old furniture, and door & frame to room need replaced. Free breakfast at neighboring restaurant was not good. Outdoor pool looked like it needed cleaned, but didn’t get up front view.
