A cozy loft provides space for kids and teens, and the house's excellent acoustics ensure peaceful moments.



The 180 m² covered wooden terrace with a sunshade is perfect for outdoor gatherings, while the private, secluded garden area creates a calm and tranquil atmosphere.

Outdoor amenities include a fire pit with equipment, a hot tub with a thermostat, an outdoor shower, and activities such as a trampoline, balance bar, and garden games. For active guests, there are bikes, SUP boards, and ball game options.



The area offers scenic experiences with quiet walking and cycling routes, two beaches and a cozy harbour. The harbor environment buzzes with life in the summer with jetties, crab fishing and dining options such as Norsminde Kro and the fish house. Aarhus C is only 15 km away with culture and city life.

There is only 0.5 km to the beach with jetties and shallow water - also ideal for children. 5 km to the south lies East Jutland's famous Saksild Beach, also a sandy beach with extremely child-friendly water.



Available in the house: 3 adult bikes, 1 12” child bike, and a child seat (max 2 years). 2 SUP boards with life vests. 2 mini football goals for garden play and various lawn games.
