Moxy Southampton
Good selection of drinks, and breakfast choice very good. Typical Moxy setup and offering, very modern rooms and nice shower. Convenient for city centre ( less than 5 minute walk to bars/restaurants and shops ) and also for taxis to cruise terminals

Royal Maritime Hotel
The corridors, room and swimming pool / sauna areas were terrible. No warnings that the property was undergoing refurbishment. Guest services were rude invading personal space. Communication was poor. Sauna switched off and wasn't advised it takes 15 minutes to heat up.
