The two-level layout includes four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The primary suite is located on the upper level and features a king bed, cathedral ceilings, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a soaking tub. Please note that the bathtub jets are non-operational; however, the tub is fully functional for soaking. The remaining sleeping quarters on the upper level include a second bedroom with a king bed, a third bedroom with two twin beds, and a fourth bedroom with three twin beds. The home accommodates up to nine guests across seven individual beds.
The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and a breakfast bar. It is fully equipped with cookware and essentials for preparing family meals. Adjacent to the kitchen is a formal dining area and a living room with a gas fireplace. A private screened porch offers a shaded outdoor space for relaxation.
Parking is strictly limited to the private driveway. The garage is not available for guest vehicle parking. In accordance with community regulations, the primary guest must be at least 25 years old. This property is pet-friendly for one dog. Guests must abide by community quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Every guest has access to 24/7 support and the high hospitality standards of Blue Heron.
