Located just minutes from the beach in a well kept resort style family community. Best of all, this Villa is located within walking distance to all the amenities! The Bay Forest community features: A marina for Canoe or Kayak launch, Indoor and outdoor basketball courts, playground, tennis courts, fitness centers, walking, nature and bicycle trails, horseshoe pits, bocce ball, putting green, volleyball court, two clubhouses, game room, community fire pit, two adult only lap pools, also a pool featuring a lazy river that everyone can enjoy. There is also a Bethany Beach shuttle bus that operates Wed - Sun every hour DURING PEAK SEASON ONLY. (Memorial Day thru Labor Day) A shuttle bus stop is just a few steps away from this villa!

Also, an added treat, Beach chairs, cooler and other beach equipment are provided for your enjoyment during your stay!!

Bethany Beach is just a short 5 mile ride on the beach shuttle or short driving distance away. Centrally located a short distance south of Rehoboth Beach and Dewey Beach but just north of Fenwick Island and Ocean City, MD.
