Inside, you'll find a cozy retreat with modern amenities including multiple king beds, a full size sleep sofa in bedroom, and two sofa beds. Relax in front of the fireplace or unwind on the balcony with a view of the bay or golf course. This dog-friendly condo features a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and access to streaming services (Netflix, Prime, Hulu, ...) via its Smart TV and access to many board games. With central AC, heat, and a fireplace, you'll stay comfortable year-round. Located near the ocean, this family-friendly condo is the perfect getaway for those seeking a mix of relaxation and outdoor activities. Book your stay today and enjoy the best of resort living in Ocean View! The condo is located on the 3rd floor. The building does not have an elevator. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles only. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. Cousins Spring Break Getaway

I stayed here with my cousins for spring break while we all participated in the Coastal Delaware Running Festival. This was the perfect place for all 5 of us! Each room had its own bathroom which was great. The view from this place is incredible! We all really enjoyed drinking our coffee and enjoying the view each day. I would book this place again in a heartbeat!

This was the awesome beach vacation condo we had ever had before! Great property with all amenities, kitchenwares, and very new modern appliances. Great waterfront views from balcony. Plenty of sun in the morning and shade in the afternoon that cool down temperature inside the condo during the hot summer. Easy check-in process. Very stable WI-FI connection throughout our stay. The best part is the big, spacious and crystal clean community pool. Our kids loved it!

Family get away

We were a family group of 3 couples and one toddler. The condo met our expectations, and the layout worked well for us. We enjoyed the east facing balcony that was shaded in the afternoon and evening. The kitchen was well equipped, but could use some reorganization, especially in the bottom cupboards. It was hard to find things and know where they belonged. The condo was quiet and comfortable. Vacasa needs to do better on the sheets and towels provided, but we addressed that with them.

The condo was fantastic. The owners clearly care about the property and the experiences of their guests. The only issue is the property management company that oversees the condo. We ran into a few issues that required working with Vacasa that showed how little their customer service team knows about the property. We would definitely stay at the property again, but we won’t stay at properties associated with the property management company.

Bathrooms in each room was a plus! Screened in balcony is so nice, no bugs and a wonderful breeze with the ceiling fan. The water view is calming and the sunrise was beautiful. When we first checked in there was sand on the couches and floors but bathroom and kitchen were nicely cleaned. The pull cords on the blinds were broken on a few blinds. No traditional coffee pot which I would have preferred. There was a keurig machine but no keurig pods. Dog friendly is great, they do need to have doggy trash cans outside though instead of having to go to the dumpsters. Overall nice stay.
