    The Space:

    Relax in this sunny condo's comfortable living room, or take in the view of the bay, wetlands, and the Indian River bridge from the screened-in porch! Guests will love reclining in the living room's extensive corner sofa, especially while the gas fireplace is going. If it's sunny outside, the central air conditioning will keep everyone cool. Cook up dinner in the full kitchen and enjoy it in the eat-in dining area or at the breakfast bar. You'll be able to take in the sunrise view in comfort at this condo. During your stay, guests can also enjoy access to the shared outdoor pool, tennis court, kayak launch, and so much more! Peaceful and comfy, great location.

My friends and I stayed for a long weekend and really enjoyed our visit. Super clean, comfortable, and very peaceful. The view off the back deck is lovely, saw lots of wildlife. Bonus that it’s screened in because mosquitos love me. Great location, easy check in and out. Would recommend and stay again.

Ocean View

My family especially children, had a fantastic time at this home away from home. The proximity to the beach, amusement & water parks was great, all with in less than 30 - minute drive. The home was well maintained, but for me the best part was the note pad on the fridge about “be still and know that I am God”. We’ll definitely be vacationing here again. Thanks for letting us enjoy your vacation home.

First time at Bethany Bay

Really enjoyed the quiet and convenience of this location. At first we wanted to be closer to the beach but after seeing the crowds at Bethany Beach we were so glad to have a retreat to come home too. Condo had everything we needed. The setting was lovely. We slept great!. We will be back.
