4 bedroom / 3.5 bath townhome located on the water with great views!  Central AC, WiFi, TVs, Gas Fireplace plus access to fabulous amenities for a rec. fee.  Community has a large clubhouse with indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, pickleball, fitness center and BBQ grills.  Located just a short drive from the beach in downtown Bethany or the Delaware Seashore State Park beach.

2025 Rec. Fees:  $45 per person per week plus $50 registration / $6.50 per day for a 3 consecutive day min. plus $50 registration
