Please note we take a Pre-Authorization Bond of $500 24hrs before you check-out, this is held in your bank account and not taken out. Once the property is checked for damage or missing items the bond will be release 7 days after check-out.

No loud music or noise any time of the day - this is not a party house or party neighbourhood - families live next door.
