Not terrible for a few days stay . The room lights blinked and the last night the smoke detector beeped all night. The pool was small. Was close to the boardwalk and the beach was the best .

It was clean. The beds were nice. They only have tile floor and I hated that, no carpet. The shower was clean, but there was no water pressure, that was a pain. Otherwise, it was a good stay and I would do it again. It was close to all the downtown spots.

Good hotel for the price! The room was very clean but a little dated. Great location to the beach and boardwalk. The towels were very small luckily to dry your self with them.

The room was what it looked like. Ac worked great. The location is great. Was alot of kids doing alot of stupid things all night. It was senior week in oc that weekend. Not alot of oversight with the hotel. Basically check in and thats it. Would stay again. Just maybe without a bunch of 18yr olds running wild.

A nice place to stay

I was a little worried after reading the comments but my stay was great! It was a nice clean room, and the staff was friendly. They did not offer shampoo though, but the room service was delivered every day, never ran out of anything. Definitely worth the stay.

Location was excellent. A quick walk across the street to the boardwalk and beach. Our room was on the bottom floor. It was clean, the air conditioner worked well and new towels and toiletries were provided everyday. We stayed for 6 nights. It was cost effective, the only downside was the pool is very small, but that was in the reviews.

Good price for a basic room.

We ended up staying at the same hotel for concerts on back to back weekends. As luck would have it, we ended up in the same room. The staff was very friendly and the cost was good. But the room was very basic.

Rooms need some work. Staff very pleasant especially Nina. Shower starts out ok them water temp changes from warm to extremely hot constantly. Must keep handle down on toilet to flush. Rooms have a musty smell to them. Location for the music festival was fabulous.

Realy nice people only issue i would say is the bathroom doesn't have a curtain or anything to cover the window. People from the parking lot can see you shower or change in the bathroom.But everything else ia good especially since ita pet friendly.

The location was the only great thing about this place , so close to everything , this place needs a total renovation I felt like I was staying in one of those homeless motels .The walls are so thin you can hear everything, the dogs upstairs kept barking and running around and we felt the roof was going to fall on us ! For such a convenient location owners should spend some money and get this place enjoyable to stay ! Tip: very important bring your own pillows and sheets !!im serious you will need a pillow !
