"I am happy to have found this gem in OCNJ! While it isn't the most updated, my room was very clean and it's a huge pro to have a pool on property and adequate parking. It's close to a WAWA and CVS and on a main thoroughfare. I booked the same day, and had no problems checking in. I hope to be back!"

"The Cozy Seashore Cottage is just adorable! The beachy decor, the cleanliness, and the fact it's just steps from the beach makes it the perfect place to stay. The owners were very easy to communicate with, check in was simple, and all of their directions for our stay were so helpful. Added bonus -- it's close to Kessel's Corner which has the best burgers and ice cream, plus a short walk to 34th street which has other great spots to eat and shop. We definitely recommend this lovely vacation rental (our fur babies do too)!"

"The location is wonderful. We like the quieter south end, being close to Corson’s inlet for an Outer Banks feel and seeing the ocean. New businesses and old staple options on 55th street were perfect. There were plenty of beach equipment provided that we could have left some at home to save on car space. We brought bikes and that was difficult to store. We like the short drive to the Dueville for dinner and letting the kids play in the water. It’s perfect being by a guard stand if you have kids that want to swim. All in all a nice home that checks the boxes."

"The unit was very cute and had all the essentials for an extended stay. There was enough room for my family of 4. The pool was a plus to cool off after a day at the beach. Only issue was the shower temperatures that fluctuated during the shower. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!"
