"Very clean hotel! It looks fairly new but it’s almost 10 years old. The room was comfortable, the bathroom was great! Nice size and the shower was huge! The shower head is very high so you can’t redirect it but that’s ok. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. My only issue was with the TV. It’s mounted so close to the wall I wasn’t able to plug in my Fire Stick TV which was a bummer. Other than that minor thing I have no complaints at all! Very nice place to stay. "

"The hosts are very welcoming and eager to assist you to ensure you have a great stay. The cottage is a beautiful combination of history and modern convenience. It’s also a wonderful reflection of the town’s history. I’m originally from the area. In addition to a comfortable, peaceful place to stay its connection to the towns history has inspired me to learn more about my home town and family history. Quiet location within 5 to 10 minutes of anything you want to visit in town. "

"For the lower price of this hotel compared to other hotel chains we trust, we were very impressed! We would try to stay here again on this route in the future. Staff was friendly. Check in at 11:30pm was the fastest I’ve ever experienced, because our check-in sheet was already printed for me to sign. The room was clean, the lobby and breakfast area were clean, and the breakfast was fully stocked with all the usual things with no shortages. They also had a few extras we appreciated at breakfast like whipped cream, and peeled avocado halves (packaged) in the fridge. Our stay was quick, but we now will keep an eye out for Microtels like this one in future travels."
