"Great stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool was excellent for the kids. Check-in was smooth, and the facilities were well maintained. Good value for money and I would definitely stay here again."

"Great rooms and service"

"kettles are provided in rooms and they give the honeymooners only an espresso machine. No bathrobes available. Clear smell of mold in corridors specially on the third floor. Friendly Staff."

"Rooms were spacious and clean, wished I was able to stay longer but enjoyed my stay here"

"Very clean facility, fantastic rooms, helpful staff and an amazing breafast buffet. Location is also great with restaurants nearby and not very far from Airport."

"The hotel room was clean and service was great."

"great hotel! close to airport and city! great restaurant! friendly staff!"

"Stayed several times now, always nice, easy to find, quick to get to from Jeddah airport, and on the main roads to the centre. Varied breakfast and helpful staff. Thank you!"

"The description of the hotel booking mentioned that shuttle is included. When I asked for pick up they told me that they are busy. Later they told me shuttle is not included (it was mentioned somewhere in the detailed booked that it's for a fee, which I find misleading- why would you then say this hotel provides shuttle). Also the staff dropped the luggage at the elevator instead of dropping it in the room."

"Very nice hotel."

" Highly recommended, and I would definitely come back again!"

"clean room, staff, and shops nearby."

"Great location , reasonable prices, nice room"

"Property location was not good - too far away on the corniche and with the Formula One race track building right in front of the hotel took away from the view of the sea - the hotel entrance was very steep for cars to get to . Also there was no hot water in the bathroom in the morning . The staff at the reception were so so …. Not particularly engaging or helpful, but adequate . The good part were the staff at the dining restaurant- very helpful and friendly ."

"The location is amazing"
