Perfect place with a stove and fridge. Great location the only recommendation is for signage outside of the building. You can easily miss it, thankfully the staff assisted us with instructions last minute not knowing its self check in. However team as extremely responsive. Loved our stay.

The Good: The location of this hotel is fantastic and incredibly convenient. I was also very impressed with how clean the room was when I arrived. The Bad: The check-in process was a confusing mess. There is no front desk on-site, and the property failed to send me any information beforehand regarding which unit was mine. When I arrived, I had no idea where to go or how to access my room. Luckily, the cleaning staff happened to be there and was helpful enough to get me sorted out. The customer service after arrival was almost nonexistent. 1. Wi-Fi Problems: The Wi-Fi for my specific unit did not work at all. I was forced to connect to a neighboring unit's internet, which was terribly slow and unreliable. 2. Mosquitoes: The room was full of mosquitoes, making the stay very uncomfortable.

I can absolutely see why this location has received so many good reviews. It’s fabulous in every way shape and form. I stayed in a one bedroom unit and it was just divine. I then later switched to one bedroom just regular hotel room and it’s just Lovely. Also you cannot go wrong by booking this hotel.

Lovely apartment :)

Lovely little apartment, really great value. Walkable to everything in the centre of Oaxaca and easy to access via a key safe. We were provided water too which was really appreciated as we arrived fairly late without anyway

I rebooked to come back after my travels through Central America. The accommodation was flexible with me and worked very hard to ensure that I had a place to stay. I stayed in bedroom accommodation which was wonderful. Good value. Clean comfortable had air-conditioning bathroom was lovely and just all around my favorite place to stay. Eva, who is the Care Taker and manager and Cleaner, is one of the most kind and lovely people to see every day. She’s very fastidious, hard-working, and very conscientious. I applaud her hard work. My favorite place to stay in Mexico.
