「We chose this little cottage for our home base while attending the UNG Book Fair. What a perfect respite! The porches were divine. The decor was warm and inviting. Our host was friendly and available-- leaving a small treat in the fridge even! It is a perfect hide away. Highly recommend.」

「The house was clean and very nice. Check in was easy and there were clear written instructions for almost everything. I did struggle with how to operate the ceiling fan and light that hangs from the center of the home, but we figured it out eventually. There was the maintenance issue of a large branch hanging down from the tree overhanging the driveway. I ended up taking this down myself as I would not have been able to park if I did not.」

「We truly enjoyed our relaxing stay at this cozy & well equipped cottage! Joetta was a great hostess. She made the home very accommodating and responded quickly to any questions. She went above & beyond making our stay a memorable one in this very cute cottage. Hope to return next time we’re visiting Dahlonega! 」

Although not mentioned in the listing, there is a full-size washer and dryer. One of the best values on Lake Lanier. A great cozy getaway!! Also wonderful because we were able to see some deer. Paul was communicative and very helpful. A wonderful host! We highly recommend this property. 」

「beautiful property in a very remote area」

「We had a very nice experience at the Buford bungalow. Very nicely decorated, clean with lots of room to spread out. The train was a fun bonus as it rumbled by, (our sons favorite). A great walking distance to the restaurants and local shops. We look forward to staying, at the Buford bungalow house next year! definitely will be back next year. 」

「It was nice had plenty of room for everybody to Location was perfect. Only 7 miles away from the job so we didn’t really have time to enjoy we were there for work. Everything was good I would stay there again.」
