"Clean and quiet. No internet unless you pay for wifi so a good place to be unplugged. Hot springs aren't far and are warm and comfortable. Recommend to bring something to put your clothes in to keep them dry. It is a hike to get to them."

The unit did not appear to have been swept or vacuumed- if it had been, however vacuumed did not do a good job.
