"Had a lovely stay at Sonesta! We had a bay view in our room with spectacular sunsets. There was sufficient lighting in the room and plugs for all of our devices. There was a room fridge that was genuinely cooling our soda/water; the food from the kitchen was terrific; and the employees--from the front desk to the dining area and beyond were all kind, helpful, and wililng to go the extra mile. Given the central location of this hotel (and very reasonable daily parking fees), not to mention the great restaurants nearby, I think this is a great place to stay for a good price. We will definitely stay there again!"

"First walking in, i tried turning on the heater, only cold air came out. The hotel looks very old and a remodel is much needed. My kids wake me up and there is a FAT roach crawling on the wall. So far not good at all. The toilet is constantly making noises all throughout the night and when it is time to take a shower they dont even have towels until way later in the afternoon. Bugs in the bathroom and downstairs in the lobby everything in general was just very dirty. "
