I notified the front desk person and asked for a rebate on the price I paid for the room, but they refused and offered no other useful redress. "Ac's in the room weren't working, they couldn't move us to another room. Despite the sign out front saying they had rooms available. Hundreds of dollars to sleep in an 80° room is not a good time."

"I was disappointed with the room. The blanket had stains on it. The bathtub had a disgusting dirty ring around it. In addition the matress was so soft I woke up with a backache. Also at check in the agent says would you like a newer room for $50 additional was basicly telling me my room was old. ..."
