"The room was clean and the staff was very helpful."

"My room was filthy dirty, floor was not vacuumed. The mattress was turned upside down so the bottom was on the top. The bathroom was dirty with hair and residue from prior guests. At check in I waited for about 15 minutes for the attendant to come to the front desk. After going to my room and discovering the filth, I immediately returned to the front desk and demanded a cancellation. The attendant said I would see a refund for all costs."

"It was nice to have adjoining rooms. Had to book separately and note in the special requests when booking. We didn't get the breakfast with the room since it wasn't offered with the nonrefundable room discount and would have been $60 more for both rooms ($16 for refundable room + $14 for breakfast x2) so we got breakfast much cheaper elsewhere. It was nice parking close to the room. The area is wonderful and feels safe. We had first floor rooms that had a patio facing the pool, not private at all though. My key didn't work on the pool doors but the front desk was helpful and let me in. It was nice to have hot tub access at 6am. It was a nice stay and would definitely stay again if in the area. "

"Parking was great. Laundry, no so great. Had to bring towels up to front desk and exchange for clean ones. YUCK, never had to do that before. Coffe maker & hair dryer not in room. Toiletries very skimpy. Otherwise, everything was clean and fine."

"House was nicely furnished and clean. Beds comfortable. Awesome showerhead in the master bedrooms. Has an upstairs which is just empty space and a fold out bed. Interesting lay out with the garage behind the house in an alleyway. Was conveniently located near the Sheraton Fairplex event center and other shopping areas"

"The host Amanda was very communicative and was so thoughtful to leave some lights on for us as we were arriving after dark. Cute bungalow in a very walkable neighborhood. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again. "
