"We visited the Salamander Resort and Spa this spring for a quick trip. The hotel was beautiful and the staff was wonderful. Thank you for a great trip!"

"Rude staff "

"Airport shuttle hours state they were until 10pm. I was in contact with the front desk 2 hrs prior to arrival. I let them know we would arrive at 930pm to which they stated, I would have to wait until 10pm. When I reached out at 9:35pm they said they couldn't pick us up because the shuttle had to be back by 10pm (it's 7 min one way). They suggested to take Marriot Courtyard shuttle since it was across the street. 3 luggages, a stroller, car seat and a one year old with plenty of communication and zero care."

"Clean room, friendly staff, and smooth check-in process. The facilities were good and convenient, especially the airport shuttle. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay."
