"Unable to stay here, no pool, hot water, or elevators"

"Staff was great. The rooms are very damp/humid; I spoke with other visitors and they confirmed the same. Our shower had a leak and had water running across the bathroom floor. The breakfast options were good."

"Had an availability which was a plus. However online lots of things are mentioned that are not available. Pool has not been clean in forever and was closed couldn’t swim in it. Breakfast was basic cereal and toast. Beds were hard, carpet felt dirty, wall in bathroom cracked, as well as cracks in sink and tub. Lastly the air conditioner did not work properly said 68 and it was definitely not 68 in there. Also got charged for an extra guest which I’m not sure why. Didn’t get an extra bed or room...

"The room had dog hair in the floors and hair and dirt on the bathroom floors and the rooms had an odd smell. But the staff was friendly"

"The property was clean and we were able to get an accessible room. The TV, however, did not work. The box was exchanged, but we were unable to lower the volume or turn it off from the remote. The refrigerator also did not work."

"My room was spotless! The Zac is nice and COLD!! The shower water is nice and HOT!!! The pool area is beautiful! And the food was great! Perfect weekend getaway!!"
