"This is a truly wonderful place. The host has thought of everything. We stayed for 30 days and from the start felt like we were home.Pros:- The host is VERY responsive. I had a bunch of questions and he was patient with me and responded within minutes. We did have one problem and reported it around 4pm - right before we left for sunset and dinner. He texted me within the hour to ask permission to enter the place and it was fixed before we got home.- The pictures really match reality- Most important - it is clean, quiet and comfortable.- The pool is marvelous and nicely heated- It is close to restaurants and shopping - and within a couple of minutes to I-75 for easy access- The beach is 20-25 minutes (with traffic)Cons- The only one is that the bed is very hard and my body was sore for the first couple of nights (but this is really a preference thing, not a con)- Thats it....This place ranks as one of the best that I've stay at. Thank you "

"We really enjoyed the pool area with family time! It was spacious and easy to communicate with host to turn on hot tub and adjust temperature as desired. The home had a large dining table indoors that fit everyone in our large group. Access to laundry and outdoor grill were bonuses, as was the beach gear! We were disappointed in finding a few cockroaches in one area of the house. When I let the host know this on our checkout he said he would contact the pest company right away. We were also disappointed in the neighborhood, as several in our group wanted to go on walks or runs, but didn't feel comfortable doing so. Overall though, we had a good experience and the house worked out well to spend time together with all our kids and grandkids during the Thanksgiving holdiday."

"The host canceled last minute - literally as we were getting on the plane. I had 6 people counting on a place to stay that day. It was very upsetting. After some negotiating, Vrbo came through and provided payment for our replacement lodgings. That was very much appreciated.I would warn future guests to avoid any properties hosted by Amy. "
