Rustic, historical farmhouse "Le Mas de Serre", semi-detached, surrounded by meadows, fields and vineyards. In a hamlet 5 km from the centre of Mercuès, 4 km from the centre of Espère, 8 km from the centre of Cahors, in a quiet position, 6 km from the lake. Private: natural state property 1'000 m2 (fenced), courtyard, swimming pool fenced (10 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase and alarm system. Terrace, garden furniture. Stepped path to the house. Parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket 4 km, bus stop "Pont de campagne,Cahors" 10 km, bathing lake "Lac vert à Catus" 6 km.

Rustic and antique furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 bed (120 cm, length 190 cm), 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room, on 2 levels with 1 bed (110 cm, length 190 cm), 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with bar, dining table. Bathroom, sep. WC. Oil heating. Wooden floors. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs, covered balcony. Beautiful view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot, logs (free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded.

Du charme et la piscine en plus !

La maison a du charme, son emplacement est au milieu des champs avec une jolie petite vigne, un peu isolée mais c'est ce que nous voulions. La piscine est un gros plus avec les fortes chaleurs. L'intérieur est un peu rustique mais l'avantage c'est que les murs de pierre très épais garde le frais ! La région est magnifique, nous avons passé un super séjour.
