COEXISTENCE RULES AND HOUSE RULES.

It is a pleasure to be able to host you in our apartment with the warmth of home, we hope to provide you with a memorable experience and we hope you enjoy your stay in Panama.
First of all, we want to remind you that we have rules and regulations for coexistence within the PH and within the apartment.

Guests must comply with parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration for other vehicles in the neighborhood.

Inside the apartment there are objects and decorations that are supplied to be used and beautify the place. Remember that these belong to the apartment and are not reminders of your trip and that if they are lost or damaged, they will be charged; So that you can enjoy the beautiful view playa nueva gorgona, seen from our apartment, we have implemented chairs and a table on the balcony, remember that these will be used under your responsibility.

1. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or in the social areas of the PH.
2. Parties or events are not allowed.
3. No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed. The maximum capacity of the property is 2 people.
4. Quiet hour after 11 p.m.
5. Eating and drinking are not allowed in the rooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room.
6. When using the laundry area, please use liquid soap to help us keep the laundry supplies in optimal conditions for a future opportunity when you visit us.
7. Dispose of trash in the trash container.
8. Please use the pool only between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.
9. Keep a close eye on your children while they are on the balcony.
10. Pets are not allowed.
11. Make sure you turn off the lights, air conditioning and any electronic devices when you leave the house. Don't forget to close the windows and lock the door.
12. Report any damage and/or breakage in a reasonably timely manner. Damage exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb. These will be charged directly to your card, generating additional costs.
13. Wash dishes and dispose of trash before checking out. This must be the day of your departure no later than 3 pm. When scheduling the departure of the apartment, the host will receive the keys from a server, verifying the status of the apartment.
14. The use of the roast barrel is only allowed inside the apartment and the transfer to any other site of the PH is restricted.


Please remember that failure to comply with PH rules and regulations may result in costs being charged to your name and deducted from your credit card (or other penalties).
