Separate entrance, private garden with barbecue (in summer). Located directly at the foot of the ski and hiking area Latemar / Obereggen. Ski bus, about 150m. Pizzeria next to the house. 25 minutes by car from Bolzano. Directions: Highway exit Bolzano North Eggental- Obereggen.
