Absolutely beautiful hotel with great amenities. The food and wine were outstanding and our hosts were lovely! The pillows and comforters were amazing! The surroundings are beautiful for nature and hiking lovers. We hope to be back one day soon!

We booked hotel as part of a ski trip. Hotel offers great shuttle service and also additional attractions such as Early Bird skiing or Sella Ronda (additional costs). Spa is very nice. Highlight is the very friendly and efficient team at front desk, bar and restaurant who are excellent.

What an absolute gem of a property! This cosy 4.5 star hotel nestled in the Dolomites was the best find in our Italian trip. It has such a great vibe with all staff going above and beyond to assist in any way possible. Our room was excellent - large, clean and comfortable with gorgeous views to the Mountains. The hotel is ''Alpine" styled which works in so well with the environment. They have complimentary drinks & nibbles on a Monday and also offer a highly experienced guide to take guests for hikes in the local mountain area. There is a great terrace overlooking the district and inside you can choose from many quiet nooks to read or enjoy a drink. The breakfast was excellent with many options to choose from. Al a carte dinner menu was limited but delicious and had something for everyone to choose from. Set menus are also available which we did not try but looked fabulous. In terms of getting to the hotel, we had a car so it was easy to locate with plenty of parking. Unsure what the transport options would be for non-driving guests. Only regret is that we didn't book to stay longer. There are Spa and wellness options too which would have been good to take advantage of. We will definitely come here again - Summer or Winter this hotel ticks all the boxes.

Nulla da dire sulla piscina e l'area wellness. La torre relax è veramente rilassante. Anche le camere sono ampie con letti comodi e dal balcone si godeva di una vista mozzafiato sulle montagne delle Dolomiti. Riguardo al servizio non ho trovato quella gentilezza di cui si parla in molte recensioni. Sicuramente si percepisce lo sforzo di risultare gentili e disponibili. Sconsiglio vivamente il ristorante per la cena perché le portate sono inconsistenti e prive di sapore. Presentato tutto piuttosto bene, ma manca proprio la sostanza. I prezzi rispetto alla qualità di quanto offerto sono decisamente alti. Abbiamo cenato in Hotel solo una sera ed abbiamo poi preferito andare in un ristorante di Nova Ponente che perlomeno offriva piatti locali. Dell'unica cena fatta al ristorante dell'hotel salvo solo il dolce: un tortino al cioccolato accompagnato da una pallina di gelato e un po' di panna montata alla modica cifra di 11,5 Euro l'uno. Ne abbiamo ordinati due spendendo quindi 23 Euro solo per il dolce... La colazione, che per noi era inclusa, era ottima e veramente molto varia. In particolare ho apprezzato le centrifughe che ci si poteva fare in autonomia.

The mountain view from the front deck worth a million. The back yard B-B-Q dinner worth a million. The friendly employees with smiles worth another million. My wife and I celebrated our 40th anniversary in this trip and stayed in this resort for 2 nights. The room and all public facility are clean, neat, and beautiful. The biggest surprise was the so so so wonderful back yard B-B-Q dinner at such a beautiful environment. It is the wonderful Italian hospitality. We love it so much and without doubt will come back to visit again. From the resort to the beautiful Karersee L. di. Carezza took only about 20 minutes drive. many hiking trails near by. Good place to stay.

Incredible Place in the mountains

Nestled in the mountains, this was a great find. My mom, sister and I wished we could spend several more nights at this lovely hotel and spa. From the welcome drink to the delicious dinner the staff knew our names.and made sure we had everything we could want. Breakfast was included and was fantastic. Plenty of parking and an incredible view from our private balcony.

Great location, approx 5 min to the lifts by hotel bus shuttle. Very good food with an offer of full board that one can use at one of 4 restaurants on the slopes and at the hotel (especially recommend Bardone restaurant). I had a very spacious room, with extra bed for 3rd person in a separated area.

En medio de las montañas, cerca de muchos lugares.

estuvo muy bien el hotel, no es muy grande así que uno se siente cómodo. decorado al estilo de las montañas que es donde se ubica. está muy central para hacer paseos por el dia a lugares en las montañas, senderos etc. muy bien.
