We booked this hostel more than a month ago and arrived around 8 PM after a one-hour drive from San Sebastián. The parking lot was closed, and when my husband walked to the door, he found it locked. He knocked, but no one answered. Suddenly, a guest from a nearby window informed us that the owner had gone out and that he was alone there (with no other guests). The guest suggested we call the numbers posted on the door. We called, but nobody answered. I immediately canceled our reservation through Hotels.com, and they informed me that a refund would be processed. We had to search for another place to stay at that late hour, which obviously meant we had to pay twice for accommodation. I think this kind of option shouldn’t be offered at all So choose another option

A hidden gem. Friendly staff and very clean rooms.

Desde el principio la comunicación con el personal ha sido hostil. Hicieron caso omiso de mis peticiones. En una localidad donde no hay servicios, tienen inhabilitado el microondas. No se puede calentar ni un vaso de agua para hacer una infusión. El bar restaurante cerrrado todos los días. Ausencia de personal. Ten envían un código de acceso y se quedan tan anchos.Dicen "vistas a la montaña", lo que no dicen es que además a los contenedores de basuta y a los tubos de refrigeración. Nada de habitaciones insonorizadas, se oye el ruido del Spa y el llanto de los niños. NO VOLVERÉ NI LO RECOMENDARÉ
