A good location and a nice hotel. Lots of steps. Small rooms but cute. 24 hour staff

Excellent location, 5 mins walk to Arc De Triomphe, Clean and Modern

The room was modern, spacious and clean. The staff were always helpful. Breakfast was well worth it. This was our 3rd stay at this hotel.

We liked Hotel Magda overall. The location is excellent, the hotel itself is charming and comfortable, and our general impression was positive. Unfortunately, our experience was really let down by the room we were given. We stayed in Room 105, which appears to be essentially the only guest room on the first floor and is located right beside the reception and luggage storage area, as well as very close to the breakfast/restaurant and kitchen area. This meant that from early in the morning we could hear dishes constantly clanking, staff and guests talking, and people coming and going just outside our door. There was very little sense of privacy or quiet, and it certainly wasn't what we expected when paying the same full rate as guests staying in much better-positioned rooms elsewhere in the hotel. We enjoyed the hotel otherwise, but we don't think Room 105 should be sold at the same rate as the other rooms. It either needs significantly better soundproofing or should be offered at a substantial discount given its location. Had we been given a different room, our review would have been considerably more positive.
