Located on the infamous Quayside directly opposite the Fye Bridge on Wensum Street and with river views, this newly renovated flat offers a stylish, modern and conveniently located space to explore Norwich. This flat is split over 2 floors and sleeps 3 guests.

The Space:
Kitchen space - The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to self-cater for your stay. This includes washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven/hob and all the necessities to go with them.

Living area - The living area has everything you need to relax; comfortable sofas, smart TV and free wi-fi too. For those that want to dine in there is a small dining area with views over the River Wensum and Fye Bridge.

Bedroom 1 - A cosy bedroom located on the second-floor bedroom is light and airy with river views featuring a king-size bed, TV, plenty of storage, full length mirror and its own en-suite shower room and toilet.

Bedroom 2 - Single bedroom which is located on the first floor up a couple of steps, near the bathroom, and also has a river view.

Other Things to Note:
Please note we operate a contactless check-in via a key safe at the property. Guests will receive the check-in guide and key safe code 2 days prior to arrival.

This is a strictly no smoking property.

Please note this a a first floor apartment accessed by stairs, the main bedroom is accessed by a further set of narrow stairs.

An early check-in of 1pm is available for an additional fee of £10. Late check-out of noon is available for £10. Please request upon booking.

This is a city centre property, there is potential for noise.
